COP - CAB OPERATORS PACKAGE:

India Cabs are one of Chennai's leading Tourist cab operator. This software is prepared to computerize India cabs operations. COP is a system designed to manage the total operations carried out by a cab operator. This system has been designed taking data flow and data security as the main criteria. Front end is designed using JFC, Java for business logic operations and oracle as back-end. This package consists of 8 modules like Login & Administration, Vehicle, Tariff, Booking, Customer, Outside travellers, Accounts and Salvation

Vehicle module
Consists of new vehicle entry, vehicle finance details, vehicle sale, vehicle purchase, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, vehicle summary, vehicle expenses & revenue and employees screens.

Tariff module
Shows the tariff for various vehicle categories and for all the customers.

Booking module
Maintains the booking of the vehicles. This module consists of booking, confirmation, closing, billing and booking summary.

Customer module
Allows the user to enter a new customer also modify the existing customer details.

Outside traveler module
Allows the user to enter a new outside traveler/supplier also modify the existing outside traveler/supplier details.

Accounts module
Maintains the total accounts. This module consists of the following screens. General ledger, group ledger, advance receipt, receipts, payments, bill wise receipts, debit note/credit note, journal voucher, outside traveler commission and reports like the balance sheet, Trial balance, ledgers, profit & loss, receipt & payment summary.
